Shipping Information

Order Processing:

Your order typically undergoes processing within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During promotional periods, processing may extend up to 7 business days. If your order status shows as “Unfulfilled,” rest assured, we've received your order and are in the process of packing it for shipment.

 

Delivery Planning:

Please take note of the following for planning your delivery:

  • Orders placed before NOON PST Monday through Friday will be queued for processing and shipped within 3 - 7 business days.
  • Orders made after NOON PST Monday through Friday will be queued for processing the following business day and will ship within 3 - 7 business days.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be queued for processing on the next business day.

 

Domestic Shipping Options:

Packages destined for U.S. addresses are shipped via USPS. Enjoy free ground shipping for orders exceeding $80.00. Ground shipping typically takes 5 - 7 days for $6, while Priority shipping takes 2 - 3 days for $8. Please factor in an additional 3-7 business days for processing. Note that shipping does not include insurance coverage.

Please be aware that Green Zen Matcha does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following observed holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • July 5th (Day following Independence Day)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • The week between Christmas and New Year

Our pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Kindly note that we do not offer price adjustments nor price matching.
