Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled 
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp Green Zen Matcha powder 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 1/4 raw honey 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • A pinch of sea salt 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Nuts: In a food processor, blend the pistachios and cashew nuts until they form a coarse, sandy texture.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the protein powder, matcha powder, chia seeds, and sea salt to the food processor. Pulse a few times to combine the ingredients.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.
